Special Cocktail for S/WING
In partnership with Dublin Arts Council, Market Bar has created a cocktail inspired by the new sculpture coming to Dublin: S/WING.
“S/WING” draws inspiration from the sinuous pattern of a bird’s wings in flight and the striking similarities to the body mechanics of a golf swing. More specifically, it is inspired by Jack Nicklaus’s iconic swing, as well as the countless swings made since the inaugural Memorial Tournament in 1976 and those still to come.

The inspiration behind The Follow Through was to create something you could enjoy on the golf course as much as at home, or at Market Bar, while still honoring our roots as a craft cocktail bar. With notes of citrus and florals, it makes a refreshing summer drink that evokes the same feeling of a breath of fresh air one would get at the Merfield Golf Course.
